Sometimes I see that none of it's about me
That I'm just a piece of puzzle
Which stretches from one end of the night sky to the other
An infinitesimal sample of all that is
All that was
And all that ever will be
Death is something we made up
Nothing that is me can be destroyed
Only change, from this into other things
Just as other things became "me"
me me me me me me
A pair of eyes with which the universe looks upon itself
For now at least
Until it decides to slip into another pair
No, the world doesn't hate me
It is me and I am it
As it is, has been, and always will be...

Dammit!
There was a time, a few years ago, when I could post something a few times a week, consistently. Now... well, let's just say I don't and leave it at that. I dunno... it's like something is dead inside of me. The part that wanted to express myself.

Piercing
So I got my new bent barbell on Saturday and put it in. I like it a lot but I've been to the gym twice since then and the damn thing has come out! Grr. Suppose I should just wear my circular for working out. Oh well.

Thirty-three
As of last Monday I've been 33 years old. Ugh. I suppose it wouldn't seem so bad if this loneliness weren't swirling around me. Ah well, no use bitching about it. I do have other things that have to be taken care of, anyway. Like this procrastination that's ever-present, too. Maybe I'll get rid of that tomorrow...

I haven't blogged in ages.
It's been at least two years since I've blogged on a regular basis. Have I not been interesting enough? Depressed? Withdrawn? All of the above? Yeah, all of the above. Well, no time like the present to get back into the saddle. This'll definitely be a place where I discuss my kinky side, but I think I'll throw in everything else that makes me me. Maybe I'll toss in a review of tonight's Battlestar Galactica. That'll make this seem really dated in four weeks :)
And what the heck, I'll toss in a bonus Watchmen review: I didn't like it. I've been a comic-book fan for twenty years now and I loved Alan Moore's Watchmen, but this movie, while there were many things about it that I liked, didn't come together for me. It felt very rushed. Hell, I don't see it couldn't have. And some of the acting was horrendous. I couldn't take the guy who played Nite-Owl seriously at all. It's as if they tried to be too true to the source material. The best comic-book movie title still goes to Iron Man as far as I'm concerned.
Oh, and I ordered a new bent barbell for my Prince Albert today. The ring I have in there right now is way too big and pinches me. Often :(
